Find a solution quickly with GRIPKIT

The new GRIPKITs from Weiss Robotics combine the tried-and-tested industrial gripper modules from the Ludwigsburg-based gripping technology specialist with the systems from the Danish manufacturer Universal Robots. This provides the first fully integrated gripping solution for UR arms, which can be set up as a complete solution within minutes whilst covering a wide range of applications. With GRIPKIT, Weiss Robotics brings reliable gripping to the UR world – in both electric and pneumatic versions.

In addition to the gripping module itself, the innovative GRIPKITs from Weiss Robotics include all the components required for mounting on the robot arm and connecting to the robot controller. The package includes the appropriate electrical and mechanical adaptors between the robot and the gripping module, as well as the necessary connection cables and a detailed integration guide with application examples. Programming is carried out entirely via the supplied URCaps plug-in, which extends the UR robot controller with graphical function blocks for gripping. This reduces the training time to a minimum and means that pick-and-place applications can be programmed in no time at all.
