Software Updates

If you requi­re a soft­ware update for your pro­duct, plea­se con­tact our tech­ni­cal sup­port. Plea­se have the model name, seri­al num­ber, and the cur­rent soft­ware ver­si­on at hand.

 

Warranty and Repair

We offer a spe­cial main­ten­an­ce and repair ser­vice for all of our pro­ducts to you – pro­fes­sio­nal­ly and in time. To take advan­ta­ge of this ser­vice, plea­se send us the unit toge­ther with a ful­ly com­ple­ted and signed repair dis­patch note. Plea­se under­stand, that devices without this form can­not be processed.
